We use this to prepare your analysis, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about our services.

Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location, and the source that brought you here. This site is built on Wix, which sets cookies necessary for the site to function. We use Google Analytics to measure site usage and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing to measure and improve our advertising.

We use the information above to provide and improve our services: preparing your rental analysis and quote, responding to inquiries, managing bookings, sending communications you've requested, measuring what marketing works, and meeting legal and tax obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no internet transmission is completely secure. If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
