The water provides a supportive environment, allowing for greater ease of movement and deeper stretches than what might be possible on land.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 1 month before the class date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made up to 1 week before the class date will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than 1 week before the class date will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as excessive heat or strong sunlight, the class may have to be relocated indoors to ensure safety and comfort.
