It has all the makings for the ideal bachelorette destination, family vacation or golf getaway. This 4 bedrooms, 3 baths sleeps 10 comfortably. Open floor plan ideal for entertaining. Only 1.2 miles from Oldtown Scottsdale and a minute walk from the Canal.

- Primary Bedroom is so large that we decided to fit 2 super comfortable king size beds in there! This bedroom has direct access to the backyard and the hot tub is directly next to the patio door! We have a large ensuite bathroom attached to this bedroom. 
- 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed, desk or make-up vanity depending on how you want to utilize it! And the bathroom is just steps away.
- 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds.
- 4th Bedroom has two twin beds.
- 3rd bathroom is located in front of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

-Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and outdoor dinnerware, spices, cookware and so much more!

POOL HEATING:
**From October 15th to May 1st, the pool will be heated at 82 degrees for an additional $50/day.

Guest access

Guests have the entire house to themselves. We want you to feel comfortable using the home as if it’s your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.
Access the house via keypad code that will be given prior to check in.

Looking to rent for a couple of days, for a month or even longer, this house will make you feel right at home.
