Pool Heating

**From October 15th to May 1st, the pool will be heated at 82 degrees at NO additional cost!!!
The ability of the pool to stay heated depends on your willingness to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use.

And let’s not forget all the golf courses just a short drive away.  
Mariners Spring Training is only 10 min drive.
AZ Cardinals Stadium is 20 min drive.
You'll find a variety of great restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 min away!

Guest access

Guests have the entire house to themselves. Access to the house via keypad code that will be given prior to check in. Have full access to the home including laundry room and backyard. Want you to use it like it's your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.
